The shop is produced by the pastry chef behind Sucre-rie, the famed Nihonbashi Ningyocho bakery known for drawing daily queues. Its signature cream puff features a crisp, crunchy shell reminiscent of a French tuile, generously sprinkled with aromatic black sesame seeds before baking. Thanks to the elongated design, it is easy to hold in one hand, making it a convenient sweet treat during an afternoon stroll.

Inside the fragrant pastry shell, smooth and airy cream is piped generously from end to end. The nutty depth of the roasted sesame pairs naturally with the gentle sweetness of the filling, delivering a comforting yet memorable contrast. Alongside the cream puffs, the counter regularly features rich soufflé puddings as well as seasonal fruit specials, adding variety to the display.
